本(ben)文選用(yong)的抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480是聚(ju)(ju)酯聚(ju)(ju)醚類聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物(wu),分(fen)子(zi)(zi)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構中的對(dui)苯二甲酸(suan)乙二醇鏈段(duan)與滌綸(lun)(lun)大(da)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構相似,在高(gao)溫(wen)下,可進入(ru)聚(ju)(ju)酯的微(wei)軟化(hua)纖維表面而與聚(ju)(ju)酯大(da)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)產生共結(jie)(jie)(jie)晶,固著在滌綸(lun)(lun)上獲得耐久性(xing):同時(shi),其(qi)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構中含(han)有聚(ju)(ju)醚鏈部(bu)分(fen),具(ju)有吸濕(shi)性(xing),可提(ti)高(gao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的含(han)濕(shi)量,增加導電(dian)(dian)性(xing),加快靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)荷的逸散速度,賦予織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)一(yi)定的抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)力,同時(shi)使織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)具(ju)有易去污性(xing)能(neng)[11]。本(ben)文采用(yong)該(gai)整(zheng)理劑(ji)對(dui)滌綸(lun)(lun)、錦綸(lun)(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)進行(xing)整(zheng)理,優化(hua)加工工藝,以提(ti)高(gao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能(neng)。
1 實驗部分
1.1材料與儀器
染色春亞紡(滌綸(lun))和染色塔絲絨(錦(jin)綸(lun))(吳江盛虹(hong)印染公(gong)司提(ti)供),抗靜電劑TF-480,三(san)聚氰(qing)胺, MgCl2,純堿,洗衣(yi)粉(市售)。
氣壓式軋車,小定型烘干機,YG342織物感應式靜電測試儀,U測色儀(yi),家用洗衣(yi)機。
1.2 實驗工藝
1.2.1 工藝流(liu)程
一浸一軋(ya)(軋(ya)液率80%)→預烘(90~95℃×1min)→焙(bei)烘→皂洗→水(shui)洗→烘干→抗靜電(dian)織(zhi)物。
1.2.2 皂洗條件
洗衣粉2 g/L,純堿2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比 1:30,然后(hou)在清水中漂洗3次(ci)。為檢測整理織物(wu)抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)的耐久性,以(yi)上操(cao)作重復20次(ci),烘(hong)干后(hou)得到抗(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)織物(wu)。
1.2.3 織物抗靜電(dian)性測試
溫度(du)(20±2)℃,相對濕度(du)(35±2)%,平衡(heng)3h,測(ce)試靜電(dian)電(dian)壓和半(ban)衰期。
1.2.4織物K/S值(zhi)測(ce)試
采用D65光(guang)源和10°視(shi)場,測試織物K/S值。
2結果與討論
2.1 未經抗靜(jing)電劑整理(li)織物(wu)的性能
未經抗(kang)靜電劑整理織物的靜電性(xing)能(neng)和K/S值測試結果見表1。

由表1可知,未經整理織物的(de)靜電電壓和半衰期都(dou)很高,如直接服(fu)用會產生嚴重的(de)靜電現象。水洗(xi)后的(de)K/S值低于(yu)水洗(xi)前的(de),主要是因(yin)為織物褪色(se)的(de)緣故(gu)。
2.2 抗(kang)靜電(dian)劑TF-480對織物抗(kang)靜電(dian)整理
采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)因素法,用(yong)抗靜電(dian)劑TF-480分別對染色(se)春亞紡和染色(se)塔絲絨進行(xing)處(chu)理(li),測試其(qi)整理(li)效果,優化抗靜電(dian)劑質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)濃度、焙(bei)烘溫(wen)度、處(chu)理(li)時間(jian)和交聯劑用(yong)量(liang)(liang)。
2.2.1抗靜電(dian)劑質量濃(nong)度(du)對抗靜電(dian)性能(neng)的影響
采用5種(zhong)不同質量濃度的(de)TF-480對織物進行處理,經浸(jin)軋和180℃×30s整理后(hou)進行測試(shi),結果見表2。

由表(biao)(biao)2可知,用抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效果相當明顯。當用質(zhi)量濃(nong)度(du)為30~40g/L的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)后(hou)(hou),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和半衰(shuai)期(qi)(qi)最(zui)低(di)(di),故(gu)質(zhi)量濃(nong)度(du)選擇(ze)30g/L為宜。對(dui)整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)前(qian)后(hou)(hou)滌綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)進行比(bi)較發(fa)現,不管(guan)水洗(xi)前(qian)后(hou)(hou),整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)后(hou)(hou)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)均增(zeng)加。對(dui)錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)而言,用質(zhi)量濃(nong)度(du)為60g/L的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)其靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和半衰(shuai)期(qi)(qi)最(zui)低(di)(di),但考慮到成本問題,經30g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓較低(di)(di),經40g/L抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)半衰(shuai)期(qi)(qi)較低(di)(di),所以質(zhi)量濃(nong)度(du)可選擇(ze)30~40g/L。對(dui)整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)前(qian)后(hou)(hou)錦綸織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)進行比(bi)較發(fa)現,不管(guan)水洗(xi)前(qian)后(hou)(hou),整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)后(hou)(hou)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)K/S值(zhi)(zhi)均降低(di)(di),織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)表(biao)(biao)觀(guan)顏(yan)色(se)深(shen)度(du)下降,這可能是因為抗(kang)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加入影響(xiang)了染料的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)色(se)。
2.2.2 焙烘溫(wen)度對織物抗靜電性能(neng)的影(ying)響
根據2.2.1測試(shi)情況,選(xuan)擇抗靜電(dian)劑質量濃(nong)度為(wei)30g/L,焙烘(hong)時間(jian)為(wei)30s。測試(shi)焙烘(hong)溫度對抗靜電(dian)為(wei)30g/L,焙烘(hong)時間(jian)為(wei)30s,測試(shi)焙烘(hong)溫度對抗靜電(dian)性能的影響(xiang),結果見表3。
由表3可知,滌綸(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)經150~190 ℃焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)后,靜電電壓峰值和半(ban)衰(shuai)期均很小,考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)到焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)溫度(du)(du)是影響整(zheng)理效果的(de)一(yi)個重要因素,溫度(du)(du)過低,反應(ying)速率低,交聯(lian)反應(ying)不(bu)完全,溫度(du)(du)過高(gao),手(shou)感(gan)變差,織(zhi)物(wu)易受損,因此,焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)溫度(du)(du)選(xuan)擇160~170℃為宜。就(jiu)錦綸(lun)織(zhi)物(wu)而(er)言,經180℃爐烘(hong)(hong)(hong)的(de)織(zhi)物(wu),其靜電電壓最低,半(ban)衰(shuai)期也較低,考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)到150~190℃圍內半(ban)衰(shuai)期變化不(bu)大(da),所以焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)溫度(du)(du)以180℃為宜。

2.2.3焙(bei)烘(hong)時間(jian)對(dui)織物抗靜電性能(neng)的(de)影響(xiang)
根據(ju)2.2.1、2.2.2小(xiao)節(jie)的測(ce)試情(qing)況(kuang),選擇質量濃度為30g/L的抗(kang)靜(jing)電劑(ji),滌綸織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)焙(bei)烘溫度選擇 170℃,錦綸織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)焙(bei)烘溫度選擇180℃,測(ce)試不(bu)同焙(bei)烘時(shi)間對織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)抗(kang)靜(jing)電性能的影響(xiang),實(shi)驗結果(guo)見(jian)表4。

由表4可知,焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)對滌綸織物靜(jing)電電壓和半衰期(qi)影響不大。考慮到焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過短,可能造(zao)成反應(ying)不完全;時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過長,手(shou)感變(bian)粗糙,綜合各因素選擇30s為宜。就(jiu)錦(jin)綸織物而言,當焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)為40s時(shi)(shi),靜(jing)電電壓和半衰期(qi)最(zui)低,所以焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以40s為宜。
通過(guo)對抗(kang)靜電劑濃(nong)(nong)度(du)、焙烘溫度(du)和時間的單(dan)因素實驗,得(de)到整(zheng)理(li)滌綸織物(wu)較(jiao)合(he)適的工藝(yi):整(zheng)理(li)劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)(nong)度(du)為(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)理(li)錦綸織物(wu)較(jiao)合(he)適的工藝(yi):整(zheng)理(li)劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)(nong)度(du)為(wei)30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交(jiao)聯劑質量濃(nong)度對織物(wu)抗靜電(dian)性(xing)能的影(ying)響
以三聚氰胺(an)為(wei)交聯劑、MgCl2為(wei)催化劑,測試其(qi)對織物抗(kang)(kang)靜電性能的影響(xiang),實驗(yan)條(tiao)件(jian)為(wei):抗(kang)(kang)靜電劑質(zhi)量濃度30g/L,滌綸(lun)織物170℃×30s,錦綸(lun)織物 180℃×30 s,結(jie)果(guo)見表(biao)5。

由表5可知,對(dui)滌綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物來(lai)說,加(jia)入交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)對(dui)降低(di)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰(feng)值和半衰期作用不(bu)大,因(yin)(yin)此,整(zheng)理滌綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物時(shi)可不(bu)用交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。原因(yin)(yin)可能(neng)是抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480能(neng)與滌綸(lun)分子結合,交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的加(jia)入不(bu)起作用。而(er)(er)對(dui)錦綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物而(er)(er)言(yan),當交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)質量濃度為6sL時(shi),能(neng)降低(di)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰(feng)值和半衰期,抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)最好,這可能(neng)是因(yin)(yin)為抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480通過交聯(lian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)與錦綸(lun)發生(sheng)結合,提高了抗靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)在錦綸(lun)上的牢度,從而(er)(er)可增(zeng)加(jia)其耐久性(xing)。
3 結論
1)抗靜電劑TF-480對滌綸(lun)和(he)錦綸(lun)織物均有較好的(de)抗靜電效果,且耐久性良好。滌綸(lun)織物的(de)整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)工藝:整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)度為(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;錦綸(lun)織物的(de)整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)工藝:整(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)度為(wei)30~40g/L,交聯劑質(zhi)量濃(nong)度為(wei)6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從(cong)分子(zi)結構分析,由于抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑TF-480和滌綸分子(zi)的結構相(xiang)似,故該抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑能與滌綸分子(zi)較好結合(he),在整理中可(ke)不(bu)加交聯(lian)劑:而錦(jin)綸為聚酰胺高分子(zi)化(hua)合(he)物(wu),與抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑TF-480結構有差異(yi),抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑與錦(jin)綸纖(xian)維的結合(he)力不(bu)強,為增加抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)劑牢度,提高抗(kang)(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)的耐久性(xing),可(ke)加入交聯(lian)劑三聚氰胺,并以MgCl2為催化(hua)劑。
