本文(wen)選用(yong)(yong)的(de)抗(kang)靜電(dian)劑(ji)TF-480是聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)聚(ju)(ju)醚類(lei)聚(ju)(ju)合物(wu),分(fen)子(zi)(zi)結(jie)構中的(de)對(dui)苯二甲酸乙二醇鏈(lian)段與滌綸(lun)大(da)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)結(jie)構相似(si),在(zai)高溫下(xia),可進(jin)入(ru)聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)的(de)微軟化纖(xian)維(wei)表(biao)面而(er)與聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)大(da)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)產生共結(jie)晶,固著在(zai)滌綸(lun)上獲得耐久(jiu)性(xing):同(tong)時(shi),其分(fen)子(zi)(zi)結(jie)構中含(han)有聚(ju)(ju)醚鏈(lian)部分(fen),具有吸濕(shi)性(xing),可提高織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)含(han)濕(shi)量(liang),增加導電(dian)性(xing),加快靜電(dian)荷的(de)逸散速(su)度(du),賦予織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)一(yi)定的(de)抗(kang)靜電(dian)能(neng)力,同(tong)時(shi)使織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)具有易去(qu)污性(xing)能(neng)[11]。本文(wen)采用(yong)(yong)該整理(li)(li)劑(ji)對(dui)滌綸(lun)、錦綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)進(jin)行整理(li)(li),優(you)化加工工藝,以提高織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)抗(kang)靜電(dian)性(xing)能(neng)。
1 實驗部分
1.1材料與儀器
染(ran)色春(chun)亞紡(滌(di)綸(lun))和染(ran)色塔絲絨(錦綸(lun))(吳江(jiang)盛(sheng)虹印染(ran)公司提供),抗靜電劑TF-480,三聚氰胺, MgCl2,純(chun)堿(jian),洗衣粉(市售)。
氣壓式軋車,小(xiao)定型烘(hong)干機(ji),YG342織物感應式靜電(dian)測試(shi)儀,U測色儀,家用洗衣(yi)機(ji)。
1.2 實驗工藝
1.2.1 工藝(yi)流程
一(yi)浸一(yi)軋(ya)(ya)(軋(ya)(ya)液率80%)→預烘(90~95℃×1min)→焙烘→皂洗→水洗→烘干(gan)→抗靜電織物。
1.2.2 皂(zao)洗條件
洗(xi)衣粉(fen)2 g/L,純(chun)堿2 g/L,40℃,5 min,浴比 1:30,然后在清(qing)水中漂洗(xi)3次。為(wei)檢(jian)測整理織物(wu)(wu)抗(kang)靜電(dian)的耐久性(xing),以(yi)上操作(zuo)重復20次,烘干后得(de)到抗(kang)靜電(dian)織物(wu)(wu)。
1.2.3 織物抗靜電性測(ce)試(shi)
溫度(20±2)℃,相對濕度(35±2)%,平(ping)衡(heng)3h,測(ce)試靜電電壓和半衰期。
1.2.4織(zhi)物K/S值(zhi)測(ce)試
采用D65光(guang)源和10°視場,測試織物(wu)K/S值。
2結果與討論
2.1 未經抗靜電劑(ji)整理(li)織物的(de)性能
未經抗靜電(dian)劑整理織(zhi)物(wu)的靜電(dian)性(xing)能(neng)和K/S值測試(shi)結(jie)果(guo)見(jian)表1。

由表1可(ke)知,未(wei)經整理織(zhi)(zhi)物的靜(jing)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半衰期都很(hen)高,如直接服用會產生嚴重的靜(jing)電(dian)現象(xiang)。水洗(xi)后(hou)的K/S值低于水洗(xi)前的,主(zhu)要是因為織(zhi)(zhi)物褪色的緣(yuan)故。
2.2 抗(kang)靜電劑TF-480對織物抗(kang)靜電整理
采用(yong)單(dan)因素(su)法,用(yong)抗(kang)靜電劑TF-480分(fen)別對染(ran)(ran)色春(chun)亞紡和染(ran)(ran)色塔絲絨進行處(chu)理,測試其整(zheng)理效果,優化抗(kang)靜電劑質量濃度(du)、焙烘(hong)溫度(du)、處(chu)理時間(jian)和交(jiao)聯劑用(yong)量。
2.2.1抗靜電劑(ji)質(zhi)量濃度(du)對抗靜電性能的影(ying)響
采(cai)用(yong)5種不同質量濃度(du)的TF-480對織物進行(xing)處理,經浸軋和180℃×30s整理后進行(xing)測試,結果(guo)見表2。

由表2可(ke)知,用抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)TF-480處理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)抗靜電(dian)(dian)效果相當(dang)明顯。當(dang)用質(zhi)(zhi)量濃(nong)(nong)度為(wei)(wei)30~40g/L的(de)(de)(de)抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)滌(di)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)后,靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低(di)(di)(di)(di),故(gu)質(zhi)(zhi)量濃(nong)(nong)度選(xuan)擇30g/L為(wei)(wei)宜。對整理(li)(li)(li)(li)前(qian)(qian)后滌(di)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值進(jin)行(xing)比(bi)較(jiao)發現,不管水(shui)洗(xi)前(qian)(qian)后,整理(li)(li)(li)(li)后織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值均增加。對錦(jin)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)而(er)言,用質(zhi)(zhi)量濃(nong)(nong)度為(wei)(wei)60g/L的(de)(de)(de)抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)其靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓和半衰(shuai)期(qi)最低(di)(di)(di)(di),但考(kao)慮到成本問(wen)題,經30g/L抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓較(jiao)低(di)(di)(di)(di),經40g/L抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)半衰(shuai)期(qi)較(jiao)低(di)(di)(di)(di),所以(yi)質(zhi)(zhi)量濃(nong)(nong)度可(ke)選(xuan)擇30~40g/L。對整理(li)(li)(li)(li)前(qian)(qian)后錦(jin)綸(lun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值進(jin)行(xing)比(bi)較(jiao)發現,不管水(shui)洗(xi)前(qian)(qian)后,整理(li)(li)(li)(li)后織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)K/S值均降(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di),織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)表觀顏色(se)深度下降(jiang),這可(ke)能(neng)是因為(wei)(wei)抗靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)加入影響了染料的(de)(de)(de)發色(se)。
2.2.2 焙烘溫度對織物(wu)抗靜電性能的影(ying)響
根據2.2.1測(ce)試(shi)情況,選擇抗靜(jing)電(dian)劑質量濃度為30g/L,焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時間(jian)為30s。測(ce)試(shi)焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫(wen)度對(dui)抗靜(jing)電(dian)為30g/L,焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)時間(jian)為30s,測(ce)試(shi)焙(bei)(bei)烘(hong)溫(wen)度對(dui)抗靜(jing)電(dian)性能的影(ying)響(xiang),結果(guo)見表3。
由表3可知,滌綸(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物經150~190 ℃焙(bei)烘后,靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)峰值和半(ban)衰期均很小,考慮到焙(bei)烘溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是影響整理效(xiao)果的一個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)因(yin)素(su),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)過低(di)(di),反應(ying)速率低(di)(di),交(jiao)聯反應(ying)不完全,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)過高,手感(gan)變差,織(zhi)物易受損(sun),因(yin)此,焙(bei)烘溫(wen)(wen)度(du)選擇(ze)160~170℃為宜。就錦綸(lun)(lun)織(zhi)物而言,經180℃爐烘的織(zhi)物,其靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)最低(di)(di),半(ban)衰期也較(jiao)低(di)(di),考慮到150~190℃圍內(nei)半(ban)衰期變化不大,所(suo)以(yi)焙(bei)烘溫(wen)(wen)度(du)以(yi)180℃為宜。

2.2.3焙烘時(shi)間對織物抗靜電(dian)性能的影響
根據2.2.1、2.2.2小節的測(ce)試情況,選(xuan)擇質量濃(nong)度為(wei)30g/L的抗(kang)靜電(dian)劑(ji),滌綸織物(wu)(wu)焙(bei)烘(hong)溫度選(xuan)擇 170℃,錦綸織物(wu)(wu)焙(bei)烘(hong)溫度選(xuan)擇180℃,測(ce)試不同(tong)焙(bei)烘(hong)時間對(dui)織物(wu)(wu)抗(kang)靜電(dian)性能的影響,實驗結果見表4。

由(you)表4可(ke)知,焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)對滌綸織(zhi)物靜電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半(ban)衰(shuai)期(qi)影響(xiang)不大(da)。考(kao)慮(lv)到焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過(guo)短,可(ke)能(neng)造成反應不完全;時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過(guo)長,手(shou)感變(bian)粗糙,綜(zong)合各因素(su)選擇30s為宜(yi)。就錦綸織(zhi)物而言,當(dang)焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)為40s時(shi)(shi),靜電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)半(ban)衰(shuai)期(qi)最低,所以焙烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)以40s為宜(yi)。
通過對抗靜電(dian)劑(ji)(ji)濃(nong)度(du)(du)、焙烘(hong)溫(wen)度(du)(du)和時間(jian)的單因素實驗,得到整(zheng)(zheng)理滌綸(lun)織物(wu)(wu)較合適的工藝(yi):整(zheng)(zheng)理劑(ji)(ji)質量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為30g/L,170℃×30s;整(zheng)(zheng)理錦(jin)綸(lun)織物(wu)(wu)較合適的工藝(yi):整(zheng)(zheng)理劑(ji)(ji)質量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為30~40g/L,180℃×40s。
2.2.4 交聯劑質量濃(nong)度對織物(wu)抗靜電性能(neng)的影響
以三聚氰(qing)胺為(wei)(wei)交聯劑、MgCl2為(wei)(wei)催化(hua)劑,測(ce)試其對織物(wu)抗靜電性(xing)能的影響,實(shi)驗(yan)條件(jian)為(wei)(wei):抗靜電劑質量濃(nong)度(du)30g/L,滌(di)綸織物(wu)170℃×30s,錦綸織物(wu) 180℃×30 s,結果見表5。

由表5可(ke)知(zhi),對(dui)(dui)滌(di)綸(lun)織物來說(shuo),加入交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)對(dui)(dui)降(jiang)低(di)(di)靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓峰值(zhi)和(he)半(ban)衰期作用不(bu)(bu)大,因(yin)此,整理滌(di)綸(lun)織物時(shi)可(ke)不(bu)(bu)用交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)。原因(yin)可(ke)能是抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480能與滌(di)綸(lun)分子(zi)結(jie)合(he),交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)的(de)加入不(bu)(bu)起(qi)作用。而對(dui)(dui)錦綸(lun)織物而言,當交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)質量濃度為(wei)6sL時(shi),能降(jiang)低(di)(di)靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓峰值(zhi)和(he)半(ban)衰期,抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)性(xing)最好,這可(ke)能是因(yin)為(wei)抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480通(tong)過交(jiao)(jiao)聯劑(ji)與錦綸(lun)發(fa)生結(jie)合(he),提(ti)高了抗(kang)靜電(dian)(dian)劑(ji)在錦綸(lun)上的(de)牢度,從而可(ke)增加其(qi)耐久性(xing)。
3 結論
1)抗靜(jing)電劑TF-480對滌綸(lun)和錦綸(lun)織物(wu)均有較(jiao)好的抗靜(jing)電效果(guo),且耐(nai)久性(xing)良好。滌綸(lun)織物(wu)的整(zheng)理工(gong)藝:整(zheng)理劑質量濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)30g/L,170℃×30s;錦綸(lun)織物(wu)的整(zheng)理工(gong)藝:整(zheng)理劑質量濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)30~40g/L,交(jiao)聯劑質量濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)6 g/L,180℃×40s。
2)從(cong)分子(zi)(zi)結(jie)(jie)構分析,由于抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480和滌(di)綸分子(zi)(zi)的(de)結(jie)(jie)構相似,故該抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)能(neng)與滌(di)綸分子(zi)(zi)較(jiao)好(hao)結(jie)(jie)合,在整理(li)中可不(bu)加(jia)交聯劑(ji):而錦綸為聚(ju)(ju)酰胺高分子(zi)(zi)化合物(wu),與抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)TF-480結(jie)(jie)構有差異,抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)與錦綸纖維的(de)結(jie)(jie)合力不(bu)強,為增加(jia)抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)劑(ji)牢度,提高抗(kang)(kang)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)耐(nai)久性,可加(jia)入交聯劑(ji)三聚(ju)(ju)氰胺,并以(yi)MgCl2為催化劑(ji)。
