織(zhi)物(wu)在穿著過(guo)程中由(you)于其內部(bu)(纖維(wei)種類、織(zhi)物(wu)結構、后整(zheng)理(li)等)和外(wai)部(bu)(摩擦、勾絲等)原因,容易(yi)產生起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)良現象,這嚴重(zhong)影響了紡(fang)織(zhi)服(fu)裝的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)用(yong)性能和美觀性能。我國現行的(de)(de)(de)紡(fang)織(zhi)服(fu)裝起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方法(fa)(fa)目前有(you)4種:圓軌跡(ji)法(fa)(fa)、改型馬(ma)丁代(dai)爾法(fa)(fa)、起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)箱法(fa)(fa)和隨即翻滾法(fa)(fa),對(dui)應方法(fa)(fa)標(biao)(biao)準分別(bie)為 GBT4802.1—-2008、GBT4802.2—2008、GB/T4802.3—2008和 GBT4802.4——2009。據(ju)檢測(ce)機構統計,這幾種測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方法(fa)(fa)中圓軌跡(ji)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)法(fa)(fa)使用(yong)較為頻繁(fan)。在所有(you)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方法(fa)(fa)中使用(yong)占比80%。在《針(zhen)織(zhi)運動(dong)服(fu)》《針(zhen)織(zhi)休(xiu)閑服(fu)》《單、夾服(fu)裝》《男西服(fu)》《針(zhen)織(zhi)T恤衫》等產品(pin)標(biao)(biao)準中起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)標(biao)(biao)準均采用(yong)圓軌跡(ji)法(fa)(fa)。由(you)此可見,圓軌跡(ji)法(fa)(fa)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)試(shi)(shi)驗標(biao)(biao)準的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統、規(gui)范和完整(zheng)對(dui)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)性能評價(jia)的(de)(de)(de)準確性至(zhi)關重(zhong)要。本文對(dui)現行 GBT4802.1-2008 圓軌跡(ji)法(fa)(fa)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)檢測(ce)標(biao)(biao)準中織(zhi)物(wu)磨料、泡(pao)沫塑(su)料墊片(pian)、尼龍刷等試(shi)(shi)驗材(cai)料存在的(de)(de)(de)問題和不(bu)足進行了分析和研究,并提(ti)出一(yi)些意見和建議。
1、起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)機理(li)
在(zai)(zai)我們日常(chang)生(sheng)活中,紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)經常(chang)穿(chuan)、用(yong)和(he)洗(xi)滌.持(chi)續遭到(dao)外界和(he)本身的(de)摩(mo)擦力和(he)其(qi)他作用(yong)力,其(qi)表層的(de)纖維逐(zhu)漸(jian)被拉出而凸出顯露(lu),在(zai)(zai)紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)表面(mian)呈(cheng)現很多碎小絨毛,這個(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“起(qi)毛”:在(zai)(zai)不斷使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中絨毛未能從紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)表面(mian)隨(sui)即脫離,而彼此纏繞(rao)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)起(qi),形(xing)成許多致密的(de)球形(xing)小粒(li),這個(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“起(qi)球”。圓軌跡法試(shi)驗(yan)采(cai)用(yong)尼(ni)龍刷和(he)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)料試(shi)驗(yan)材料抑或只(zhi)用(yong)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)料。按照(zhao)規定(ding)方法和(he)測試(shi)參(can)數(shu),使(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)樣品(pin)摩(mo)擦發生(sheng)起(qi)毛起(qi)球,再在(zai)(zai)評(ping)級箱中定(ding)的(de)光源照(zhao)射條件下,對織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球情況做視覺描述評(ping)級。作為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)要試(shi)驗(yan)材料的(de)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)料,泡沫(mo)塑(su)料墊(dian)片和(he)尼(ni)龍刷對織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球評(ping)定(ding)級數(shu)要重大影(ying)響。
2、影響(xiang)因素
2.1 織物磨料
標準(zhun)(zhun)中對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)規(gui)定(ding)為(wei):材質為(wei)2201全毛(mao)(mao)(mao)華(hua)達(da)呢,織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)兩(liang)上(shang)兩(liang)下右斜紋(wen)線密(mi)(mi)度為(wei)19.6tex×2,捻度為(wei) Z625-S700,密(mi)(mi)度為(wei) 445根/10cm×244根/l0cm,單位面(mian)積質量為(wei) 305g/m2。附錄(lu)A中關于(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)更(geng)換規(gui)定(ding)為(wei):因(yin)長時間試驗會對(dui)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)造(zao)成磨(mo)(mo)損,為(wei)避免這種(zhong)(zhong)情況(kuang)影響(xiang)(xiang)試樣起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)程度的(de)正確判定(ding).作(zuo)為(wei)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)2201華(hua)達(da)呢應定(ding)期進行校驗,新(xin)的(de)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)經過(guo)預磨(mo)(mo)后(hou)方可試驗:如果同一織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)采用新(xin)舊(jiu)華(hua)達(da)呢磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)試驗所得起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)級(ji)(ji)數(shu)(shu)相差達(da)到半級(ji)(ji)以上(shang),則應及時更(geng)換新(xin)的(de)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)。但(dan)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)用于(yu)(yu)試驗前(qian)要經過(guo)怎樣具(ju)體參(can)數(shu)(shu)的(de)預磨(mo)(mo)才能正式使用未(wei)點明(ming):不同類(lei)型織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)也(ye)相差很多,新(xin)舊(jiu)華(hua)達(da)呢磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)級(ji)(ji)數(shu)(shu)相差半級(ji)(ji)以上(shang),具(ju)體以哪(na)種(zhong)(zhong)標準(zhun)(zhun)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)為(wei)參(can)考、選取哪(na)種(zhong)(zhong)試驗參(can)數(shu)(shu),也(ye)未(wei)清(qing)晰(xi)規(gui)定(ding)。在(zai)JF(紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi))031—2013《織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)儀(圓軌跡法)校準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)范》中對(dui)于(yu)(yu)儀器(qi)的(de)校準(zhun)(zhun)項目和(he)校準(zhun)(zhun)方法中也(ye)未(wei)提(ti)到織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)檢查(cha)。這些漏洞可能會對(dui)實驗室起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)級(ji)(ji)數(shu)(shu)評定(ding)準(zhun)(zhun)確性產生影響(xiang)(xiang)。
建議標準(zhun)(zhun)中補充對磨(mo)(mo)料織物(wu)(wu)的預磨(mo)(mo)參數規定,如用什么標準(zhun)(zhun)類(lei)型(xing)織物(wu)(wu)在多少壓力(li)條(tiao)件(jian)下預磨(mo)(mo)多少次:補充對更(geng)換(huan)舊織物(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)料的起球評價(jia)標準(zhun)(zhun)參考織物(wu)(wu)的規定,統一標準(zhun)(zhun)物(wu)(wu)質和試(shi)驗參數。
2.2 泡(pao)沫塑料墊片(pian)
標準中對泡沫塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片的規(gui)定(ding)為(wei):墊(dian)片直徑、厚(hou)度、單(dan)位面積質量(liang)分別約(yue)為(wei) 105mm、8mm、270g/m2。只模糊規(gui)定(ding)了各參數大約(yue)值(zhi),未詳細(xi)規(gui)定(ding)其上下允差(cha),這使得各檢測(ce)機構試驗(yan)用(yong)泡沫塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片密度、硬度、厚(hou)度等(deng)不統一,從而影響(xiang)試驗(yan)結果精準性。
蘇丹霞研(yan)究了泡沫塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片的(de)厚(hou)度和硬度對(dui)(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)毛起(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)結(jie)果(guo)的(de)影響(xiang),結(jie)果(guo)表明同一硬度條件(jian)下(xia),不(bu)同厚(hou)度的(de)塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片使(shi)得織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級可(ke)(ke)相(xiang)(xiang)差一級;同一厚(hou)度條件(jian)下(xia),不(bu)同硬度的(de)塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片制得織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級可(ke)(ke)相(xiang)(xiang)差半級。董躍研(yan)究了泡沫塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片的(de)表觀(guan)(guan)密(mi)(mi)度對(dui)(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)毛起(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)結(jie)果(guo)的(de)影響(xiang),結(jie)果(guo)表明不(bu)同表觀(guan)(guan)密(mi)(mi)度的(de)塑(su)料(liao)墊(dian)片對(dui)(dui)化學短纖混紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級產生(sheng)較大影響(xiang),可(ke)(ke)使(shi)其(qi)起(qi)(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級相(xiang)(xiang)差一級。
由此可(ke)見,泡沫塑料墊片約定(ding)寬松(song)的參數會對(dui)試驗結果(guo)產生較大(da)影響(xiang),建議制定(ding)嚴格(ge)的參數設置,詳細規定(ding)其(qi)單位面(mian)積質量,厚度(du)的上下允差范圍(wei)和硬(ying)度(du)大(da)小。
2.3 尼(ni)龍刷
標(biao)(biao)準中對尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)的(de)(de)規(gui)定(ding)為:尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)中每(mei)孔(kong)(kong)中植尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)150根(gen),孔(kong)(kong)徑4.5mm,每(mei)孔(kong)(kong)間距(ju)7mm,每(mei)根(gen)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)直(zhi)徑0.3mm;所(suo)用(yong)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)的(de)(de)剛性(xing)大(da)小要(yao)均勻一致:尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)刷(shua)面要(yao)求平整,在(zai)同一水(shui)平面上;尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)的(de)(de)有效高度可通過調(diao)節板上下調(diao)節,從(cong)而(er)控制尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)的(de)(de)起毛效果。另外附錄(lu)A中增加(jia)了對尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)調(diao)節的(de)(de)描寫。作為對織物起毛起主要(yao)作用(yong)的(de)(de)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua),標(biao)(biao)準中對其的(de)(de)規(gui)定(ding)太(tai)籠統,如尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)制備材料(liao)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)絲(si)的(de)(de)剛性(xing)大(da)小、新尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)的(de)(de)預磨參數、試驗用(yong)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)的(de)(de)高度范圍等,這些因素都對織物起毛起球性(xing)能產生很大(da)影(ying)響(xiang)。
尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲剛(gang)性大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的起(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)球性能(neng)具有決定性影(ying)(ying)響。剛(gang)性較大(da)的尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲使(shi)得(de)尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)產(chan)生較大(da)作用力(li),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)球級(ji)數較低:而(er)剛(gang)性較小(xiao)(xiao)的尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲使(shi)得(de)尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)產(chan)生較小(xiao)(xiao)作用力(li),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)球級(ji)數較高。標(biao)準中對(dui)尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲的只提到尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲的剛(gang)性應均勻(yun)一(yi)致,而(er)未詳細規定尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)絲剛(gang)性值大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)。目前市場上銷(xiao)售的圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡起(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)球試驗儀所配的尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷來自不(bu)同(tong)的加工廠家(jia)。全國各實驗室(shi)所用的設備型號。廠家(jia)也不(bu)盡相同(tong),尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)刷剛(gang)性值不(bu)統一(yi),這對(dui)試驗結果(guo)的精準性和一(yi)致性造成嚴重影(ying)(ying)響。

剛出(chu)廠的(de)新尼(ni)龍刷由于尼(ni)龍絲頭端形(xing)態不(bu)一(yi)致,有尖銳端或凹陷不(bu)平端,對織(zhi)物(wu)起毛(mao)起球(qiu)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)正(zheng)確(que)評估會產生不(bu)利(li)影響,所以正(zheng)式試驗(yan)前(qian)應進行(xing)預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)。而附錄(lu)A中對預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)的(de)規(gui)定(ding)為:新尼(ni)龍刷正(zheng)式試驗(yan)前(qian)應進行(xing)一(yi)定(ding)次數的(de)預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)并用參(can)照織(zhi)物(wu)校核(he)。未詳細說明新尼(ni)龍刷具(ju)體預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)參(can)數,如預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)材料、預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)載荷預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)次數等(deng)。也未規(gui)定(ding)具(ju)體用哪種參(can)照織(zhi)物(wu)校核(he),預(yu)(yu)磨(mo)后(hou)參(can)照織(zhi)物(wu)起毛(mao)起球(qiu)效(xiao)果(guo)達到幾(ji)級。
尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)試驗有效高度(du)(du)(du)對(dui)織物(wu)(wu)起毛起球效果也產(chan)生影響。有效高度(du)(du)(du)高時(shi)(shi),尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)屈曲程度(du)(du)(du)大,尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束較(jiao)分(fen)散,相對(dui)運動時(shi)(shi)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束與(yu)織物(wu)(wu)相互作(zuo)用力小,使得織物(wu)(wu)起球級(ji)數(shu)較(jiao)高:有效高度(du)(du)(du)低(di)時(shi)(shi),尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)屈曲程度(du)(du)(du)小,尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束較(jiao)聚集,相對(dui)運動時(shi)(shi)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)束與(yu)織物(wu)(wu)相互作(zuo)用力大,使得織物(wu)(wu)起球級(ji)數(shu)較(jiao)低(di)。標準(zhun)中只(zhi)提到尼(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)(long)(long)絲(si)(si)(si)高度(du)(du)(du)應一(yi)致(zhi),可調節其有效高度(du)(du)(du),但有效高度(du)(du)(du)適宜(yi)范(fan)圍值未作(zuo)規定,這亟須進一(yi)步統一(yi)規定。
3、結論
為(wei)確保圓軌跡起毛起球測試方法的(de)嚴(yan)謹性(xing)和(he)精準(zhun)性(xing)建議修訂 GBT4802.1-2008 標準(zhun)時增加以下(xia)內容
(1)補充對磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)參數(織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)種(zhong)類、預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)壓力(li)、預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)次數)規定和對更換(huan)舊織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)料(liao)的起球評價標準參考(kao)織(zhi)物(wu)(wu)的規定,統一標準物(wu)(wu)質和試驗參數。
(2)詳細規定泡沫塑料墊(dian)片單位面積(ji)質量、厚度的上下(xia)允差(cha)范圍和硬度大小。
(3)對尼龍刷(shua)的(de)制備(bei)材料尼龍絲剛性值統(tong)一規(gui)定;補充(chong)對新尼龍刷(shua)預(yu)磨參(can)數(預(yu)磨材料、預(yu)磨載荷、預(yu)磨次(ci)數)的(de)規(gui)定,明確校核參(can)照織物(wu):對尼龍刷(shua)試驗有(you)效高度加以規(gui)定。
