對GB/T4802.1-2008《紡織品織物起毛起球性能的測定第1 部分:圓軌跡法》的研究

       織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)在穿(chuan)著過程中(zhong)由(you)于其內部(纖維種(zhong)類、織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)結構、后整理等(deng)(deng))和(he)(he)外部(摩擦、勾絲等(deng)(deng))原(yuan)因,容易(yi)產(chan)生起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)的(de)(de)不(bu)良現(xian)象(xiang),這(zhe)(zhe)嚴重影響(xiang)了紡(fang)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)服(fu)(fu)裝的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)用(yong)性(xing)(xing)能和(he)(he)美觀(guan)性(xing)(xing)能。我國現(xian)行的(de)(de)紡(fang)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)服(fu)(fu)裝起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)目前有(you)4種(zhong):圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)、改型馬丁(ding)代(dai)爾法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)、起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)箱法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)和(he)(he)隨即翻(fan)滾(gun)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),對(dui)(dui)應方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)標(biao)準分別為 GBT4802.1—-2008、GBT4802.2—2008、GB/T4802.3—2008和(he)(he) GBT4802.4——2009。據檢測(ce)機構統(tong)計,這(zhe)(zhe)幾(ji)種(zhong)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)中(zhong)圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)使用(yong)較為頻繁。在所有(you)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)中(zhong)使用(yong)占(zhan)比80%。在《針(zhen)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)動服(fu)(fu)》《針(zhen)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)休閑服(fu)(fu)》《單、夾服(fu)(fu)裝》《男西服(fu)(fu)》《針(zhen)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)T恤衫》等(deng)(deng)產(chan)品標(biao)準中(zhong)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)標(biao)準均采用(yong)圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。由(you)此可見,圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)標(biao)準的(de)(de)系統(tong)、規范和(he)(he)完整對(dui)(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)性(xing)(xing)能評(ping)價的(de)(de)準確性(xing)(xing)至關(guan)重要。本文(wen)對(dui)(dui)現(xian)行 GBT4802.1-2008 圓(yuan)軌(gui)跡法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)起(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)檢測(ce)標(biao)準中(zhong)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨料、泡沫(mo)塑(su)料墊片、尼(ni)龍刷等(deng)(deng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)材料存在的(de)(de)問題和(he)(he)不(bu)足進行了分析和(he)(he)研究,并提出一些意見和(he)(he)建議。
       1、起(qi)毛起(qi)球機理
       在(zai)我們日常(chang)生(sheng)活中,紡織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)經(jing)常(chang)穿、用和(he)(he)洗滌(di).持續遭到外界和(he)(he)本身的(de)(de)摩擦力(li)(li)和(he)(he)其他作用力(li)(li),其表層的(de)(de)纖維(wei)逐漸被拉出(chu)而凸出(chu)顯露,在(zai)紡織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)表面呈現很多(duo)碎(sui)小絨毛(mao),這(zhe)(zhe)個過程為(wei)(wei)“起毛(mao)”:在(zai)不斷使(shi)用過程中絨毛(mao)未能從紡織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)表面隨即脫離,而彼(bi)此纏(chan)繞在(zai)一起,形(xing)成許多(duo)致(zhi)密的(de)(de)球形(xing)小粒,這(zhe)(zhe)個過程為(wei)(wei)“起球”。圓(yuan)軌跡(ji)法試驗(yan)采用尼(ni)龍刷(shua)和(he)(he)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)(liao)試驗(yan)材料(liao)(liao)抑或只用織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)(liao)。按照(zhao)規定方法和(he)(he)測試參數(shu),使(shi)試驗(yan)樣(yang)品(pin)(pin)摩擦發生(sheng)起毛(mao)起球,再在(zai)評級箱中定的(de)(de)光源(yuan)照(zhao)射條(tiao)件下,對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起毛(mao)起球情(qing)況做(zuo)視覺描(miao)述評級。作為(wei)(wei)主要試驗(yan)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)磨(mo)料(liao)(liao),泡(pao)沫塑料(liao)(liao)墊片和(he)(he)尼(ni)龍刷(shua)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起毛(mao)起球評定級數(shu)要重大影響。
       2、影響因素
       2.1 織(zhi)物磨料
       標(biao)準中(zhong)對織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)為(wei)(wei):材(cai)質為(wei)(wei)2201全毛(mao)華達(da)(da)呢(ni),織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)兩上(shang)(shang)兩下右斜紋線密度為(wei)(wei)19.6tex×2,捻度為(wei)(wei) Z625-S700,密度為(wei)(wei) 445根/10cm×244根/l0cm,單位面積質量為(wei)(wei) 305g/m2。附錄A中(zhong)關于磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)更換(huan)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)為(wei)(wei):因長時間(jian)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)會對磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)造成磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)損,為(wei)(wei)避免(mian)這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)情況影響(xiang)試(shi)樣(yang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)程度的(de)(de)正確(que)判(pan)定(ding).作為(wei)(wei)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)2201華達(da)(da)呢(ni)應定(ding)期(qi)進行(xing)校(xiao)驗(yan)(yan),新(xin)的(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)經過(guo)預磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)后方(fang)可試(shi)驗(yan)(yan):如(ru)果同(tong)一織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)采用新(xin)舊華達(da)(da)呢(ni)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)得起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)級(ji)數(shu)(shu)相差達(da)(da)到(dao)半級(ji)以上(shang)(shang),則應及時更換(huan)新(xin)的(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。但織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在用于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前(qian)要經過(guo)怎樣(yang)具(ju)(ju)體(ti)參數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)預磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)才能正式使用未(wei)點明:不同(tong)類型織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)等級(ji)也相差很多,新(xin)舊華達(da)(da)呢(ni)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)級(ji)數(shu)(shu)相差半級(ji)以上(shang)(shang),具(ju)(ju)體(ti)以哪種(zhong)標(biao)準織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei)(wei)參考、選(xuan)取哪種(zhong)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)參數(shu)(shu),也未(wei)清晰規(gui)(gui)定(ding)。在JF(紡織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi))031—2013《織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)儀(圓軌(gui)跡法(fa))校(xiao)準規(gui)(gui)范》中(zhong)對于儀器的(de)(de)校(xiao)準項目和(he)校(xiao)準方(fang)法(fa)中(zhong)也未(wei)提到(dao)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)檢(jian)查。這(zhe)(zhe)些漏洞可能會對實驗(yan)(yan)室起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)球(qiu)級(ji)數(shu)(shu)評定(ding)準確(que)性產生影響(xiang)。
       建議(yi)標(biao)(biao)準中補充對(dui)磨料(liao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)預磨參(can)(can)數規定,如(ru)用什么(me)標(biao)(biao)準類型織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)在多(duo)少(shao)(shao)壓力條件下(xia)預磨多(duo)少(shao)(shao)次:補充對(dui)更換舊織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)磨料(liao)的(de)(de)起球評價標(biao)(biao)準參(can)(can)考織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)規定,統一標(biao)(biao)準物(wu)質和(he)試驗參(can)(can)數。
       2.2 泡沫(mo)塑料墊片
       標(biao)準(zhun)中對泡沫(mo)塑料墊片的(de)規定為(wei)(wei):墊片直徑、厚度、單位面(mian)積質(zhi)量分別約為(wei)(wei) 105mm、8mm、270g/m2。只模糊規定了各參數大約值,未詳細規定其上下(xia)允差,這使得各檢(jian)測機構試驗用泡沫(mo)塑料墊片密度、硬度、厚度等(deng)不統一,從而影響(xiang)試驗結果精(jing)準(zhun)性(xing)。
       蘇丹霞研究了(le)泡(pao)沫(mo)塑(su)料墊片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)(du)和硬(ying)度(du)(du)(du)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)結(jie)果(guo)的(de)(de)影響(xiang),結(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明(ming)同(tong)(tong)一硬(ying)度(du)(du)(du)條(tiao)件下,不同(tong)(tong)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)塑(su)料墊片(pian)(pian)使得(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級(ji)可相差(cha)一級(ji);同(tong)(tong)一厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)(du)條(tiao)件下,不同(tong)(tong)硬(ying)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)塑(su)料墊片(pian)(pian)制(zhi)得(de)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級(ji)可相差(cha)半級(ji)。董躍研究了(le)泡(pao)沫(mo)塑(su)料墊片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)表(biao)觀密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)結(jie)果(guo)的(de)(de)影響(xiang),結(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明(ming)不同(tong)(tong)表(biao)觀密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)塑(su)料墊片(pian)(pian)對(dui)化學短纖混紡織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級(ji)產生較大影響(xiang),可使其起(qi)球(qiu)(qiu)等級(ji)相差(cha)一級(ji)。
       由此可見,泡沫塑料墊片約(yue)定寬松的(de)參(can)數會對試驗結果(guo)產生較大影響,建(jian)議制定嚴(yan)格的(de)參(can)數設置,詳細規定其單位面積質量,厚(hou)度(du)的(de)上(shang)下允差范圍(wei)和硬度(du)大小。
       2.3 尼龍刷
       標(biao)(biao)準中(zhong)(zhong)對(dui)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)的規定為(wei):尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)中(zhong)(zhong)每(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)植尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲(si)150根,孔(kong)(kong)徑4.5mm,每(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)間距7mm,每(mei)(mei)根尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲(si)直(zhi)徑0.3mm;所用(yong)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲(si)的剛性大(da)小要(yao)均(jun)勻(yun)一(yi)致:尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)面要(yao)求平整,在同一(yi)水平面上;尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲(si)的有效(xiao)高度可(ke)通過調(diao)節(jie)板(ban)上下調(diao)節(jie),從而(er)控制尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)的起(qi)毛效(xiao)果。另(ling)外附錄A中(zhong)(zhong)增加(jia)了(le)對(dui)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)調(diao)節(jie)的描(miao)寫。作為(wei)對(dui)織物起(qi)毛起(qi)主要(yao)作用(yong)的尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua),標(biao)(biao)準中(zhong)(zhong)對(dui)其(qi)的規定太籠統,如尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)制備材料(liao)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲(si)的剛性大(da)小、新尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)的預磨參數、試驗用(yong)尼(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷(shua)(shua)(shua)(shua)的高度范(fan)圍等,這些因素都對(dui)織物起(qi)毛起(qi)球性能產生很大(da)影響。
       尼龍(long)(long)(long)絲剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物的(de)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)性(xing)(xing)能具有決(jue)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)影響。剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)尼龍(long)(long)(long)絲使得尼龍(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)作用(yong)(yong)力(li),從而使織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)球(qiu)級數較(jiao)低:而剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)尼龍(long)(long)(long)絲使得尼龍(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)對(dui)織(zhi)(zhi)物產生(sheng)較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)作用(yong)(yong)力(li),從而使織(zhi)(zhi)物起(qi)球(qiu)級數較(jiao)高。標準(zhun)中對(dui)尼龍(long)(long)(long)絲的(de)只提到尼龍(long)(long)(long)絲的(de)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)應(ying)均(jun)勻一(yi)致(zhi),而未詳細(xi)規定(ding)尼龍(long)(long)(long)絲剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)值(zhi)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)。目前市(shi)場上銷售的(de)圓軌跡(ji)起(qi)毛起(qi)球(qiu)試(shi)驗儀所(suo)配的(de)尼龍(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)來自(zi)不同的(de)加工(gong)廠家(jia)。全國各實驗室(shi)所(suo)用(yong)(yong)的(de)設(she)備型(xing)號。廠家(jia)也不盡相同,尼龍(long)(long)(long)刷(shua)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)值(zhi)不統一(yi),這(zhe)對(dui)試(shi)驗結(jie)果(guo)的(de)精準(zhun)性(xing)(xing)和一(yi)致(zhi)性(xing)(xing)造成(cheng)嚴(yan)重影響。
       剛(gang)出廠的新(xin)尼(ni)(ni)龍刷(shua)(shua)由于尼(ni)(ni)龍絲頭端(duan)形(xing)態不(bu)一致,有(you)尖銳端(duan)或凹陷不(bu)平端(duan),對織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球效果(guo)的正確評估會產生不(bu)利(li)影響,所以正式(shi)試驗前應進行(xing)預(yu)磨(mo)。而附錄A中(zhong)對預(yu)磨(mo)的規(gui)定為:新(xin)尼(ni)(ni)龍刷(shua)(shua)正式(shi)試驗前應進行(xing)一定次數(shu)的預(yu)磨(mo)并用參(can)照(zhao)(zhao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)校核(he)。未(wei)詳細(xi)說明新(xin)尼(ni)(ni)龍刷(shua)(shua)具體預(yu)磨(mo)參(can)數(shu),如預(yu)磨(mo)材料、預(yu)磨(mo)載荷預(yu)磨(mo)次數(shu)等。也未(wei)規(gui)定具體用哪種參(can)照(zhao)(zhao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)校核(he),預(yu)磨(mo)后(hou)參(can)照(zhao)(zhao)織(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛起(qi)球效果(guo)達到(dao)幾級。
       尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)刷試(shi)驗有(you)效(xiao)高(gao)度(du)對(dui)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)毛(mao)起(qi)球(qiu)效(xiao)果(guo)也(ye)產(chan)生影響。有(you)效(xiao)高(gao)度(du)高(gao)時(shi)(shi),尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲屈曲(qu)程度(du)大(da),尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲束(shu)較分散,相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲束(shu)與織(zhi)物(wu)相(xiang)(xiang)互作用(yong)(yong)力小,使(shi)得(de)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)球(qiu)級數較高(gao):有(you)效(xiao)高(gao)度(du)低(di)(di)時(shi)(shi),尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲屈曲(qu)程度(du)小,尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲束(shu)較聚(ju)集,相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲束(shu)與織(zhi)物(wu)相(xiang)(xiang)互作用(yong)(yong)力大(da),使(shi)得(de)織(zhi)物(wu)起(qi)球(qiu)級數較低(di)(di)。標準中只提(ti)到尼(ni)(ni)龍(long)絲高(gao)度(du)應一(yi)致(zhi),可(ke)調節其有(you)效(xiao)高(gao)度(du),但有(you)效(xiao)高(gao)度(du)適宜范圍值未作規定,這亟須進一(yi)步統一(yi)規定。
       3、結論
       為確保圓(yuan)軌跡起毛起球測(ce)試方法的(de)嚴謹(jin)性和(he)精準性建議(yi)修訂 GBT4802.1-2008 標(biao)準時(shi)增加以下內容

       (2)詳細規定泡沫塑料墊片單位(wei)面積(ji)質(zhi)量、厚度(du)的上下允(yun)差范(fan)圍和硬度(du)大小。
       (3)對(dui)尼龍(long)刷的(de)制備(bei)材料尼龍(long)絲剛(gang)性值統一規(gui)定;補充對(dui)新尼龍(long)刷預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)參數(預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)材料、預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)載荷、預(yu)磨(mo)(mo)次數)的(de)規(gui)定,明確校(xiao)核參照織物(wu):對(dui)尼龍(long)刷試驗(yan)有效高(gao)度(du)加以規(gui)定。
